Little amp, big sound!
First and foremost, this is not the amp you want to get if you play at bedroom volume. It’s incredibly loud even at 3. With that being said, it sounds like a Fender amp should sound; The controls are very basic and easy; volume and tone. This tweed version comes with a really nice made in Italy Jensen speaker that breaks nicely at 6-7 volume. The amp is also very small in size as well. It’s a quarter smaller than the blues jr and a little bigger than the 57 custom champ. I think it’s worth the full price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Tweed awesomeness in a small package.
This little amp is an excellent practice or recording tool. Simple to operate, and with only a tone and volume control, dialing in a great sound is easy. It doesn't do modern rock music, but it will satisfy those who play blues, or most anything that requires a sparkling clean sound. Not much larger in size than a tweed Champ, it sounds much larger and is much louder. This amp takes pedals well, and it's so portable that you might be tempted to gig with it. And you might if your drummer doesn't hit too hard. Wow, great tube amp… classic. It can be loud (for 15w) and soft and gritty and clean. Takes pedals well.
