How to survive a divorce and still laugh about it.
Robin Williams best movie ever made. Funny but realistic portrayal of a man going through a divorce and how he deals with being able to see his children more often after divorce. It is a GREAT show for children between 7 - 16 whose parents are divorced. My wife & I both loved it. Robin Williams did a FANTASTIC roll with his comedy and voices. A true Robin Williams classic
I'll start by saying that the late and great Robin Williams was absolutely amazing. His was a genius at mastering different styles of voices, his large body of work he left behind will be cherished for generations to come. Mrs. Doubtfire was an amazing movie very funny don't fire was an amazing movie very funny very engaging and we'll just leave you with all sorts of funny memories. The movies is about a father that was more of a friend and big kid than anything that being said it caused problems with his marriage from not keeping a job to making a huge mess of things. The wife played by the amazing Sally Field had had enough of her husband's constant problems the final straw being their sons birthday that was suppose to be a small party with just the family. This caused her to want a divorce. Being that Robin Williams character was not employed the children would have to stay with the mother, the father loves his kids so much and was sadden about not being able to see his children when he wanted to, he then took matters in his own hands he would disguise himself as an elderly lady hence the movie mrs. Doubtfire. From here the movie begins to pick up with various funny humorous situations however throughout this movie you get to learn not only the compost side Robin Williams character but the love and devotion that he had for his children this movie also teaches children how deal with parents divorcing how to deal with divorce and be able to accept their parents decision by still being a happy family regardless of the situation. I recommend this movie to anyone it is still a classic and a wonderful movie to this day.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
