Not what I expected
They say that you get what you pay for, and it's true. For such a low price, I should have known something would be off. The item took quite a while to reach me. I had been waiting on it to start a project that was overdue. The stands were flimsy, but they will work. The backdrops themselves though are of horrible quality. It comes with 3 backdrops: white, black and green. I chose to use the white, and it's not what I thought it would be. I was assuming the backdrop would roll down like a projector screen, but you actually have to clip it at the top. The white canvas was so thin that you could actually see through it! I tried putting a white bed sheet behind it, which helped a small amount. The backdrop had so many fold lines that it took me over an hour to steam them all out! When I finally took test pics, they were just awful, and the shadows were everywhere. I will be using the stand, but not the backdrops. I tried using a wide roll of paper, and the photo quality is vastly improved. I would suggest either buying this kit for the legs, and then using paper, or devising a system that you can bolt to your wall, and either use a huge paper roll or a high-quality cloth backdrop.Read full review

You do not expect much when you don't pay much for something, but this background stand and backdrops are great for someone just getting started. The price was right and it holds up well for what I needed.

Quality stand. Bag and clips a major plus. Just don't buy it for the backdrops.
Stand is study enough. Free clamps included are a plus. My only complaint is the screens come folded, not rolled and they are somewhat thick feeling but for some reason seem more like construction paper to me. Meaning when you look closely at them the look like the consistency of a piece of construction paper. They are pretty see through as well, which doesn't help. Honestly though, I didn't care about the included backdrops as I knew I'd be buying a larger, higher quality one anyway. This kit is worth it for the stand, bag and clips. Good quality at a great price. Unless you're gonna tack the included backdrops to the wall to stop light bleed, those won't be much good to you though.
