Perfect match replacement of a small detail part you can't find elsewhere else; priced appropriately
This part is a duplicate of the OEM light housing, installs in 30 seconds, fixes a blemish, and gets legally required license plate illumination back up to speed. It is very inexpensive. There is nothing more annoying to some people than a small functional plastic trim/finish part on their car that's missing or broken, and not "worthy" of being carried by dealers or stores....too old, too cheap, in too little demand.,,,,commercially marginalized. That doesn't serve the growing number of people who like to keep their vehicles longer, and keep them in good order mechanically and cosmetically. This part is like everything Dorman does that's automotive - technically and cosmetically perfectly matched to OEM. It could only be made better if you could find "singles" instead of pairs of lenses.....very few people need both the left and right license plate housing, so we are left wasting one half of a good product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
