"The Ancients Knew Stuff"
Good for what it is, (a bunch of Spirituality "the ancients knew stuff" mumbo jumbo). If your'e into it, I'd recommend it, it's written well and not confusing. (I had to buy a book about ancient egypt to do a paper on and this was the cheapest thing I could I so I bought it) It may require a bit of additional research if you don't know what you're buying.
