Great size and quality,... perfect for chicken and rice, and roasting as well. I love the versatility of this pan, from pan frying, to braising on stovetop or oven, or using it as a roaster that you can have a cover for. The high sides allow for multiple types of dishes. Love-Love-Love It. I have several pieces of All-Clad, and am really happy I made the investment several years ago in this manufacturer and product line!

Great pot, but the one I bought had no lid. I knew this when I bought it, but I thought I would be able to buy a lid later. Unfortunately, these lids are not sold separately. My mistake. It is a great pot though.

This is the top-of-the-line product. Just be careful that there is an older version of this product that has "non-stick" coating inside. I like this one with polished stainless steel inside cooking surface!

All-Clad is the standard in stainless steel cookware. While it seems expensive, you will only buy it once. Some of my All-Clad cookware is 20 years old and it still looks brand new. The Weeknight Pan is a great pan for any number of meals. You can do anything in it. I would recommend All-Clad products to anyone.
