The new Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 32/64 Full Version on USB Drive, was delivered just as described. The installation from the USB version went smoothly over my 5 year old Windows 7, however, before installing I bought a new drive and cloned the old drive. The biggest surprise I found with the USB Drive version is that the USB Drive is a key, and it must remain in the USB port every time you restart the computer. If you remove it altogether, Windows will not restart. If you installed it from a front mounted USB 3.0 port, that key must remain in that port everytime you want to boot up windows. However, as I installed it over Windows 7, my Windows 7 is still available, as they greated a boot menu allowing me to boot up Windows 7 or use Windows 10. As my original PC from 2016, it came from Dell and had installed Fast Access Facial recognition software. Norton Utilities described that program as a high risk program, that should be removed. Maybe it was defective. I had disabled it on Windows 7, after a hospitalization when I was not recognizable by the software. The Fast Access facial recognition software was easy to remove from the PC. All the fears I had head about Windows 10 turn out to be unfouned, and I am happy with the newly installed product. Thank you.Read full review

Win 10 is what it is: the newest version of Windows, the de facto operating system for the most of the world. The problem was the PACKAGING! The USB stick is junk. It is a rectangular tube of aluminum. that does NOT fit easily in the USB port, as its walls are thicker than the normal steel end USB stick that is much thinner, and which slides in easily. I bought two of them, BOTH of them were difficult to insert, both of the errored out consistantly. One never booted, and the other errored with 'PROGRAM NOT FOUND = WINLOAD'. I had to dowload the WIndows ISO from the Microsoft site and make my own USB stick to do the install. THEY booted and installed faultlessly. The only thing I got from this kit was a valid product code. These were bought for brand new, out of the box, custom, built gaming computers costing $1800 each. I tried these USB sticks in my old (20015 - 2018) computers with the same no boot result. Read full review

I purchased this USB with the intent to download it on my new PC build. The process was problematic because the USB I recieved was corrupted. I had to use a different USB to get it to work. The activation key still worked.

It is a great Microsoft product. I had my cousin install for me. I would have someone with experience install it so to save your files and pictures from windows 7.
