Easy to use, just swiped out the sim card from my last phone to this one. Then had to add my contacts, which I thought would happen automatically, when the sim cards were traded! Larger size means it doesn't get lost in my purse as easily as my "5" did! and I have the choice of larger ICONS for the APPS! a plus for us of the older generation!!!!
Has battery issues. Battery life is at 88%, its used so probably expected. But it gets a peak performance exception alerts every day. May go from fully charged to dead in 20 minutes or may last 8hrs. Hard to tell. And this was 'certified pre owned' , doesnt say much. Was easy to get set up with verizon/sim card etc....so works great as long as its plugged in.... Will see how much it costs to get a new battery. Functions well except the battery and was in good cosmetic shape
I gave it 5 stars becausd it's worth 170 dollars. It did bad one promblem when I got the phone it didn't have the video on the camera but then I found a way to fix it just by going online and seeing if anybody else had a promblem with it and they did and I was able to fix it. Other than these promblems my phone is perfectly fine. The phone looks brand new on the front and back with no promblems and the phone came with a pretty mirror case that was really nice and I liked that very much. It also comes with a charger that works perfect and very well.
It is awesome, it has no scratches or dents nor cracks. I wish it had a bit longer battery life I find it that I need to charge it at least once a day otherwise it is a great product seems brand new out-of-the-box.
