Everything went perfectly with this purchase!!!!It was an even better experience then the many I’ve had at Apple. The phone was shipped out within the hour of payment and I received it a day and a half later and didn’t even pay extra for shipping not to mention it was packed so nicely. The phone is beyond perfect it was listed as used but should have been listed as new. This was my very first eBay purchase and if all experiences are like this I will start buying more. Great phone, but had to return it
Unfortunately, I had to return it. It was in very good physical condition albeit it was refurbished, nonetheless it had many other system issues that made it to not function properly. I{m looking forward to buy another one because it is big in size and it’s exactly what I need since I use it for work. I know is a great phone but, I wasn’t lucky with this one.

I really like the phone. It has more apps than I will ever use so I can see keeping this phone for a long time plus it is larger that a lot of many of the smart phones out there. I read through and compared many different phones and I am really happy with the size, features, and capabilities this phone offers. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice smart phone for close to half the price of its original cost.
Pros: nice camera, good battery life, large screen,fast processor, fits well in hand once a case is added, water resistant. Good price compared to the newest phones (and it’s original cost). Cons: medium weight ( versus light weight), needs protective case to keep it from being a fingerprint/ smudge magnet, large. Not the “latest” technology.

Large screen and thin profile.
The phone shipped and arrived according to the shipping schedule at purchased. It looked like it was brand new there were no signs of use that I could see. Everything seems to work as it should, I'm still getting use to it and I have had it for about two weeks. The battery life is better than I expected lasting for at least 2 days before charging.
