So I heard a lot of great things from this set of true and wireless earbuds. PROS: Easy to connect Connects multiple devices at the same time Noise Canceling features Easy to swap out ear bit pieces sadly there are quite a few cons that actually bothered me more than I thought they would. CONS: Multiple device connections will not work if you are in a ZOOM meeting, conference, or other continuous audio activity. My experience with this was that even though I was muted and muted all audio coming from my online meetings, my phone or other devices would not stream or work. You HAVE to END the meeting remove the earbuds from the source for the meeting to use other devices. Comfort goes away after 2+ hours of continuous use. You can NOT use the left ear bud by itself. it will NOT work unless you are also using the right bud (main bud) you can however use the right earbud by itself. SOME lag in audio stream. The lag is not very noticeable but it is very obvious if you look for it. overall this set of buds are amazing in terms of audio quality and easy of use but if you are easily bothered by the cons I listed then I would skip this set. if you can live with this I would give these a shot. Excellent overall sound with decent bass, great built-in features, impressive battery longevity with the charging case, and they don't malfunction when they get some workout sweat on them, as often happened with a much more expensive pair of ear buds I formerly owned (before throwing them away in disgust). The owner's guide is well-written and does a good job explaining all of the features, which include the ability through the Jabra app to customize them to one's liking. I'm a big Jabra fan now!

The sound is great and these fit perfectly. I sweat so much and had bad experience with my last pair of ear buds from a different brand. I accidentally dropped these in the sink and just knew they wouldn't work but they still do. They also last long. I love them!
