Bought as a gift for my son...phone came in excellent condition no dings or scratches!!! No problems with transferring sim card...exceeded my expectations!
The operating system software on the phone was ATT and Verizon said not compatible with their system...so I removed the broken LCD screen assembly from my old phone and replaced it with the one from your unit though I have 3/4 of a phone I can’t use we were still able to fix my grand daughters phone in time for X-mas so she is happy...
My daughter LOVES her phone! It is easy to use, and very fast. Virgin Mobile is a great value, and we have been using them for years. It is so nice not to be tied to a contract. The phone might be expensive up front, but you save money in the long run.
