This shampoo is better than any other I've tried for stubborn psoriasis. It requires very,very small amount a lot of suds all over your head. The instructions read to leave on for a few minutes before rinsing. It has a strong medicinal scent, but is easily covered by using a crème rinse. Now I only use this product once a week & now longer have the itching & scaling. :)
