Stila liquid liner is the best waterproof liner i have ever used. It does not budge and the marker type tip is suer fine. I love the dark brown, it is not harsh black but a true dark brown with no reddish tint. This has been my favorite for a while, particularly for the base of the lashes. Love it!!!
