The cord connection to charger platform is wiggly but once you get it in there right, no biggie. On this charger the green "ready" light goes off in a few seconds when you take phone off. Blue pulsing light continues to pulse even after phone is fully charged. Charges fine through a 3.5mm Otterbox case.

This product is for the Iphone 11 pro. The product is very nice in black and I like how the lights change from green to blue during charging. I got this because someone did say that it would charge through the case. It does not. I work in construction and also in the medical field. I have an otterbox case and though the lights change from green to blue it does not charge the device. Also on another note I am not going to be taking my phone out of the case everytime I want to charge my phone. I will be looking for other options for charging.

Good product way way cheaper than trying to purchase at your mobile phone company. Obviously they mark this product up to the moon. Why pay more? It is also very convenient to just set your phone down. Not hassling with charger port or cords( that always go out for what ever reason) make your life easier while saving money!!!

The product goes off during the charging period. I would think that it wouldn't go off being it's plugged in. When I plugged it in the color is blue, or vise verse😐. When I put my phone on it the color is green. I do this at bedtime, mostly. When I wake up there's no color! Therefore, when it powers off some kind of way my phone doesn't charge. I had no instructions with the product, so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong.

While relatively cheap this product works well, it seems to charge at a slower rate than a plug-in connection with the lightning cable, However, if it sits on it over night, it makes no difference and is a lot easier than plugging and unplugging.
