This is actually older than my old computer but the cpu is so much faster. It's very fast, at least for my needs of running several applications at once. Windows is already installed on it but the setup with the manufacturer took some thinking . . . I got it figured out fairly easy. Very well packaged and arrived safely. Didn't realize it had internal speakers, so I was startled when I first used the POS system on it and it made a Ca-ching sound. My old one didn't have speakers so I never knew my POS system even made a sound. Very minor scratches on the case. The only thing I don't like about it is that I can't update past Windows 10 on it. But for the price and my intended use, I'm happy with it.
