I think it is worth the cost to upgrade.
I researched for some time, listened to multiple YouTube clips, and could not get a real feel for how this truly sounded. It sounds great, awesome deep tones. It is louder than expected. I don't think it is any louder than a Harley with Screaming Eagle pipes, but in my opinion, very close. Its still very cold in Ohio, so no road time yet. I have gone ahead and also purchased the P1X baffle to see if that will soften the loudness a little. It fits great on the bike, looks like it belongs better than the stock exhaust, and takes about 25lbs off the total weight.

Excellent sounding exhaust
this Two Brothers exhaust for the xsr900 is amazing in extremely easy to install took maybe 35 minutes total to remove the old exhaust and to install the new one
