I owned a Chromebook before & eventually swapped it out for a Windows 2-in-1 due to needing additional functionality. I recently heard that Chromebooks were starting to get Android Apps which would fill the holes that were present before. I grabbed this version of the Acer Chromebook R11 with 4GB of RAM & a 32GB Hard Drive (the best specs I can find right now) in an effort to future proof additional features being introduced by Google. You know what? I LOVE THIS THING! It has replaced both my Dell Inspiron 11 2-in-1 & my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition. If I find that I need to use an app that is Windows only, I just use Remote Desktop or VNC to connect into my Windows Desktop & it's the smoothest transition. Highly recommended!
