Used on old dry rotted tires, no bead leaks
I used this product on old truck tires that are on a 1956 Chevy 4100. They are odd size tubeless, 7.00x22.5. The truck sat out on the dirt so long it sunk down in, and all 6 tires were flat. I sand blasted the rims, repainted and cleaned the tires. I applied this sealant liberally to the tire bead and wheel mating area. In a few places the tire bead was torn. I marked them with chalk. I had to use a bead blaster to get the tires inflated. Not a single leak at the bead. Slow leaks at some cracks on the side walls. I am amazed with this product. I did not let it dry, but it did take some time to apply to both sides of the wheels. I looked at other brands that were 150% to 200% more expensive. This product worked perfectly. I have the two front tires repaired, now the rear dually's need the treatment.

I used this on a damaged tire it didn't work because the rubber tire bead outer area was crooked warped and uneven from a flat sitting too long so it wobble.It will work to seal leaks from rim to tire if nothing is damaged too bad.I should be using it in the future for tire repairs or leaks it's fine soft rubber compound you can use on other things if you get creative.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
