It's worth it just for the incredible nutty parm (a vegan alternative to parmesan cheese that is even better than the "real thing" in my opinion, and I was dubious since I dislike the main ingredient, nutritional yeast). The other recipes have been over seasoned so far, but that's easy enough to fix by simply cutting back to let the natural food flavors be better balanced. The recipes have nice variety in required effort, and they are very consistent with a heart-healthy diet without being preachy or pseudo-scientific. It's all backed by good science (and good taste)!
