The phone is exactly what was in the picture, no hidden scratches or scuffs. Could not be happier with the exterior of the phone. Although the battery life is not long, and takes up to 2 1/2 hours to be fully charged (that is without using it) but other than that 10 out of 10! Fully recommend this product

Have never used iPhone, like it's many features but, being a used product is not the best. It keeps turning on and off by itself or while calling it jumps to some other feature. So if u can, buy a new one for best results. For now it is doing what I got it for, work.

Somewhat ok for the price
Its been how many hours successfully sync my iTunes account and installed apps, probably it worked to much that causes back side to heat up. Otherwise its ok. Will play along with the phone more and lets see. Package came fast but in a little unprotected regular pouch with no protection inside.
