It works and sounds just as mentioned. I watched a couple YouTube channels on it as well. I upgraded my front speakers, but still wanted to use my bose 201's.. They sounded great, but after adding a subwoofer they sounded much better. The only issue I had with the sound was that it was still not quite right for my ears. I went one step further and purchased a Behringer Mini FBQ 9 band equalizer which allow me to adjust the sound as well as the volume. Now I have awesome sound and plenty of bass all rolled up in a tiny package. 😲😃

Worked right out of the box! You may encounter popping noises. Try lowering the Calibration levels on your Amplifier and increasing the levels on the receiver. Popping noises then disappeared. Using it on an Onkyo RTH4800 Have not tested with Subwoofer only rear speakers. Not recommended anyway per manual.
