Came with everything very fast and packaged extremely well. The description said new thermal applied, but it wasn't done well since there was a big bald spot with most of it squished off the die and the thermal paste spreader sitting inside of the heatsink. Hotspots when benchmarking was over 105c and throttling. After reapplying thermal paste hotspot is down to 80c max. This card is amazing. I’m happy the person I purchased it from upgraded the thermal pads and this card does run as hot as other cards and is much quieter then my old RTX 3080.
