Says in add that plans start at around $18 in reality its $25.and as for tracking haha it works off cell towers which is ok so long as ya have strong signal so good luck it may work may not it spends more time offline than on regardless of where the car may be and when by the grace a god it does work its usually off by a quarter mile. then theres this geofence well you can not set it up it wont allow you to access it.it will not do alot that a person may expect. Its absolutely junk. Worst experience ever
