Great office chair but not ideal for taller people.
It was fairly easy to assemble. Well built with heavy materials. The only complaint I have just now is the neck rest which does not adjust high enough for me. I am 6'2" and the chair is not made for taller people. It does seem to support my weight though which is well over 200 lbs.

Rip off garbage
Was wondering why my feet & knees hurt after sitting in this chair. Well, since the piston looses its position, the chair slowly drops 6-12 inches after sitting in it. So slow, not easy to realize. If you like to be sore & want a product that does not perform up to its advertised abilities, this chair is for you! If you want a quality product that performs as advertised, buy another brand. Written by an 18 month desk chair owner. Snake company, would never buy another product from this seller.

Seems to be good quality, price was right.
Can never tell if good quality until it has a couple years use but the look and feel out of the box does seem to be quality. I feel a lot better than my old leather chair would leave me at the end of the day.

Good Chair for Price, Cheap Packaging
The chair is good, it's the best price you will find on this type of chair - the packaging is part of the cost savings though. The parts are not wrapped properly and the handle and shaft were sticking through the cardboard box, and had obviously been drug over rough pavement and sustained a lot of deep gouges. The handle is partially ground off....

Comfortable except .......
overall good quality and solid comfortable chair except the lumbar support at the lower back end is very uncomfortable, rubbing against the plastic support behind the backside mesh. Otherwise its a very comfortable chair. BUILDSAI had mentioned about it but for some reason I couldn't view the photos and ignore the review.
