It's lightning fast, I can get well over 60 frames at max settings and 2K resolution with no DLSS, WHILE encoding video for recording or streaming. It's also quiet, and mine won the silicon lottery, because between onboard GPU Boost and undervolting/overclocking, it outperforms anything else I've used by miles. 20+ fps minimum on every game I've tested over my old 3070, which was also nothing to shake a stick at. It puts out a lot of heat (because it's a 3080), and so the fans put in some work, but compared to a 3070, 2070, and 1660 I've owned in the recent past, it's no louder. Probably a little quieter than the ZOTAC 3070 I had. My case fans make more noise, lol. I'd definitely classify it as being on the quieter side of high-end and mid GPUs. Also, pairing it with a Corsair waterblock keeps it at 56C max under full load. Very impressive.Read full review

Very fast and reliable service, has slight thermal paste marks on that, but besides the cosmetics, it's a great card!

It is good. Does not eat all my electric. Can run candy crush at 40 fps, make my room warm in winter. I am broke after buy, but it is good.

The 3080 is one of the top cards of NVIDIA's 3000 series. Its a very high performing card. Eventually its 10GB of VRAM may be a problem but it isn't in 2022. The 3000 series was sold out at launch and then scalped badly. The launch MSRP was $700, it cost $1,500 in 2021, writing this near the end of year 2022 I was able to buy it used for $500. I don't recommend buying this card for more than $500, if you're reading this in the future you should expect it to be even cheaper than that.

Hash away! The card gets about 100Mh/s MSI Afterburner is the way to tweak it and I run unMineable for SHIB , ETH and BIT. All perform well.
