We're very happy with the $3.00 PayGo SIM. My spouse doesn't use her mobile phone that much so this is almost perfect. It also has the added benefit of calling and texting Canadian numbers as well as the US which is a big bonus for us. I can't give it 5 stars because the data is bit of a problem with only 100 MB. I have to find all the sneaky apps that are transmitting data in the background. Other than that issue it is a great product. If you're going to use an existing phone make sure you validate the SIM card will support it. There's a link to check the IMEI of the phone before you order the SIM.

Would not connect to the network after the sim was first activated. Tried restarting, resetting the phone. Tried the sim on different phones still no luck. Tech support did not seem to be able to help me, I already tried what they had told me to do.

Considering this is literally $3/mo for the most *phone* service many *internet* users will ever need, good customer service makes the value here all the more impressive. Works as designed. Activation was straightforward. The mobile app + website works well (better than T-mobile's, which is usually slow and always clunky) This plan is the same price as t-mobile's payGo, but gives you effectively 7x the value + 100MB of data, which is fantastic!
