These little file discs work great an my little dog isn't afraid of the Pedipaws grinder when it's turned on as the noise level is low an the grinding head runs so smooth. I will keep on buying these they are much easier to use than clippers, my little guy is scared to death of clippers, but will let me file his nails easily with these.

It is lightweight and easy to use. We have a large dog and a medium size dog. Both have thick nails...but if you do not press on it...just let it do its job it works fine. Let the dog get use to just hearing the noise from it before using it. First time for both of our dogs...they sat to be trimmed with just a little jerking their foot. Once they knew it did not hurt...they were ok. Better than using the hand nail trimmers. No more bleeding when they jerk back. Also leave a nice nail that is not sharp. I give them a 4 instead of a 5 because if they had more power...they would grind faster. But it works and is easy to use. Better than expected. Keep a couple extra batteries on hand and a few extra grinding wheels. makes grooming time a little more pleasant for the dogs.

Have an older Pedipaws grinder and did have to file down the shank portion for the new grinders to fit. They now work perfect and have no problems filing down our dogs nails. It was such a hassle getting them to the groomer every month. Thank you Pedipaws..

They work great on.my dogs nails. You just do a little at a time. Each nail a few seconds this way the friction does not heat up the nail and cause pain. A little each week to where you no longer go any further. At first my dog did not like It. .but I would do one nail for a few seconds then give him a tiny kibble as a treat and go to the next one and repeat with a treat.

Pedipaws is the only product that my dog will tolerate me using on her toenails. Very convenient to find the refills on here, and they are great.

These Pedi Paws Replacement Heads are a life saver. With the Covid-19 and unable to visit the groomer my Corgi's nails were getting long and due to allergies when she scratched herself with her long back nails, she would tear up her face. Since she doesn't like getting her nails clipped, the Pedi Paws nail grinder are wonderful, but our original heads needed replacement. Am so happy that these 12 replacement heads were available and in a New condition and at an excellent price, too!

Great price! These refills were no longer available at our local pet store. I was very happy to find them on eBay and at a lower price for two boxes than I would have had to pay for one if our local pet store was still carrying them. Thank you!

My dachshund's nails grow like weeds but she is terrified of nail clippers (I cut her too low once because her nails are black & I can't see where the veins end) so I just use them to clip the tips of her nails. Then I use the PediPaws filer to sand the rest of the nail down a bit & blunt it. It works quicker than you would think & she's not scared of it. Here's a tip: take the orange cap off & you have easier access to the sides of the nail. But keep in mind not to go too far down the nail or you will defeat the purpose & could hit the vein.

This product is the only way I can trim 1 of my cat's nails safely. Works very well. Also works well with small sanding needs when refill is changed out. Love it!
