Great product for heavy phone users.
This is an excellent product for people who spend significant time on the phone. It links to your phone, computer and cell phone, with touch selection of which to use. Headset is light weight and charges on the cradle when not in use.

Excellent Office Headset
The Jabra PRO 9465 Duo is highly recommended for both a regular office and a home office environment. The product is on the pricier side as it goes for office headsets but the freedom you get from being able to connect three different phones to the base station and get total freedom of movement while using any of the phones is well worth it. Recipient sound quality is great as well (so I have been told). Only possible minus is that changing between phones and ensuring the the cell phone is always connected via Bluetooth can be a bit cumbersome to begin with (but a small price to pay for all the other conveniences).

Good duo headset
It is comfortable, and it works well. My only complaint is that it tends to fall off the charging base often (not an issue with the mono headset) and may lose its charges. Jabra should fix this issue.
