Bought this on the Q paid big bucks tried it and sent it back what a mess! But kept reading about everyone loving it and rethought the idea of trying it again, so ordered on Ebay at a very discounted price and glad I did! I played around with it and found a technique to work for me. The problem I was having was, it looked white and chalky. I was using my fingers to apply....wrong, use a brush, I use an eye shadow brush. Start with an amount about the size of pencil eraser on the back of your hand, take about half of the amount n work it into your brush back n forth then apply under your eye in a back n forth up n down to cover the area on clean dry skin with a thin layer ..repeat on other eye. I always use my blow dryer to dry fast and then avoid putting any wet makeup or rubbing on the area, I rarely wear make up but when I do I use powder and avoid the area under the eyes. This stuff is amazing when applied correctly, just remember less is better... a very thin layer....when applying. Just wish you could use with makeup better, but definitely takes away my big eye bags love it! Hope to try using airbrush makeup to see if that will work with it! I bought this product because it had excellent reviews and because I’ve heard wonderful things about it. I have tried putting it on as directed and I have researched how others who are using the product. Regardless of how I apply it, the bottom line is it’s still leaves white rings under your eyes. I use the smallest amount, smaller than a Pea But it’s still leaves a white ring. I’ve tried it under make up and over make up. I’ve tried it with cream and without. I’ve spent hours but it just doesn’t work for me.

I was afraid to spend a lot of money on this product on the PTR website because there were horrible reviews but I still wanted to try the product. Even though this product is one that shows instant results, I have found with constant use, my skin appears less wrinkly and stays that way even on days I don’t use it, most skin care products are more fiction than anything else, but not this one. I feel you do need some practice to get it just right as too much product will show whitening on the skin, but the right amount will not. It has become a staple for me in my skin care routine, despite its claims of being temporary, it has much more holding power than it claims. This product takes some trial and error to get good results. I prefer using a brush rather than dabbing with my finger as I can apply a much thinner layer. The thinner layer does not completely deflate my puffiness, but if I apply more it leaves the white residue. Just takes some work and time. I don't spend a lot of time on my makeup so maybe I don't have the patience to really work with this product. If you hate your puffy eyes, give this a product a try and it may be what you are looking for. It is drying, so be sure to use a night time moisturizer.
