Always use after having a recent bleach treatment to hair or roots. Do not wait any longer then a few days after bleaching to avoid a two tone from hair growth of roots. I rinse out toner with no shampoo and then condition with AG purple condioner. I have found that an hour of toner works the best for leaving on hair.
