Print quality is excellent. Duplex printing is a real plus. Case doesn't show fingerprints or marks. Toner replacement access is easy. Paper capacity is very good and the printer will handle legal size paper as well as letter size. Warm up is quick. Only complaint? Very noisy when printing. Otherwise it's a great printer at a very affordable price.

Small will fit easily on most desk tops print quality is excellent and print speed is good. And it was so easy to set up and operate but the best part is no more messy and expensive ink jet cartridges to buy and refill. The printer works, and the prints are quite good. Two negatives that bring it down, it's a hassle to print envelopes as you have to have them come out of the back and having it in a computer desk makes this a huge task. It also involves several steps even if it's easy to access. You can feed them through the front but each time I did that it wrinkled the envelope so much that I had to discard it. I never had an issue with my HP, and it fed through the front just fine. Second, this thing is loud. It's like a freight train blasting through. I have heard printers that are so quiet you can't even hear anything.

I did not recieve the USB cord that was supposed to be included, that cord is needed to connect the printer to computer/laptop. Fortunatly I had one for my color inkjet printer that I was able to use for testing this laser printer. The print quality is not what I could call quality, the black toner is not printing in a good dark/solid color & there is some toner specking on pages, but I think that it will be fine after I purchase a new toner cartridge.

This is a great little printer. It is not the fastest or the quitest but for the money is a great value.. Set-up is fast and easy (on Windows 7) and the peint quality is very good. I havr had other brother printers simular or this and have gotten years of service from them
