Always have the right tool on hand with the Stanley Pocket Surform plane, which features a special steel strip with holes punched out that resemble a cheese grater. This plane is designed for trimming wood, plastic, and metal. It only requires one hand for cutting, which makes it fast and efficient to use. You can also utilize the flat blades for sheet rocking. The blades are also used to create curved replacement pieces, remove paint, or file a rough spot off of plaster. This tool bevels the edge of sheetrock for preparation for taping and applying mud.
