Not the newest model but has all the features we need. Larger screen for older eyes. Great camera. Battery life could be a bit better but if you charge it every night it lasts all day. Fast on the internet thanks to a good processor.

This is a pretty great phone, minus the battery life. I used to have a 5se and that battery life was great. I also have a 7 for work and the battery is great. This one is really bad. Other than the battery, it’s a perfectly good phone!

I just went back to iPhone after several years of android. I like it and am getting used to using it again. I don't know what small form factor means, so I didn't quite know how to answer it. I rated a 4 because the qwerty keyboard does not have numbers and you have to switch over to use them.
