Easy repair.
Appreciate the instructions provided. Take pictures of your original wiring to make this replacement easy. Make sure you turn off the power to your garage opener before replacing this control board. Diagnosing the original control board, it looks like the soldering for the control relays were defective from the factory and caused the original issue to require board replacement.
