tHE ONLY THING I CAN COMPLAIN IS THE WAITING FOR IT TO GET HERE. I TRIED THE INNOVATION AS IT WAS ABOUT 1/4TH CHEAPER AND BOY WAS IT CHEAP. I SENT IT BACK. iT DROPPED AND SPLIT STITCHES USING KNITTED WORSTED. I USED A LOT BETTER YARN WITH IT AND IT DID THE SAME. tHIS MACHINE WILL KNIT KNITTED WORSTED AND BULKY WITH VERY LITTLE TROUBLE AND USUALLY IT WAS MY FAULT. I HAVE KNITTED AT LEAST 20 HATS WITH IT FOR THE NEEDY WHICH IS WHY I GOT IT. iT WILL KNIT WITH THE CHEAP WORSTED BUT I DON'T THINK THE MACHINE LIKES IT AS IT'S NOT SMOOTH AND I BELIEVE THAT'S THE KEY. iT KNITS SMOOTH WORSTED JUST FINE. I DON'T THINK IT LIKE BULKY BUT WORKS FINE IF YOU HAVE VERY LITTLE TENSION ON THE YARN AND TAKE YOUR TIME. I ONLY HAD 2 SKEINS OF THAT AND WON'T USE ANY MORE ON IT FOR THE SAKE OF NOT HURTING MY MACHINE BY MAKING IT WORK TO HARD. THIS MACHINE IS THE CADILLAC OF IT'S TYPE. I ALSO HAVE A ELECTRONIC KNITTING MACHINE BUT CAN'T USE IT ANYMORE BECAUSE OF MY BACK. BY THE WAY, I HAVE YET TO USE IT ON MY TABLE. I SET IT ON MY LAP, KNIT WITH IT AND WATCH T.V. A FRIEND OF MINE CAME OVER THERE YEARS AGO AND BROUGHT BACK PICTURES AND I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE WORKMANSHIP THAT WAS DONE ON FURNITURE. I have been looking at these for quite a while and have watched a lot of videos on you tube on how to use them. When I found a great deal I bought one. I waited with great anticipation and was excited when it arrived. I must say I was not disappointed. It worked like a champ and I made my first hat, Christmas present, in about 30 minutes. So easy to use. I will be making a lot of hats for the needy as well as family for the holidays. It is nice that there are also instructions on how to make ponchos, throws, scarves etc. I spin my own wool yarn so it will be interesting to see how it works with that as well. I see a very fun and productive future in store.

I like the Addi Knitting Machine. However, it does not have a digital counter like the Addi machines I see on internet videos. I had read that some people had trouble with the counters on these machines, and I am wondering if mine is an older model or if Addi has gone to these older model counters to work better than the digital ones. I have had good results with the circular knitter so far. Very easy to operate even a child could use it. Top quality plastic material, love the counter feature that when you stop it goes off and continues again when you crank the handle. Some extra tools such as hooks are needed to help you if stitches are lost or yarn splits on first cast on. Other wise runs nice and smooth. The machine is very well made. Can make 3 or more scarves and hats in a few hours. Depending how much fun you want to have with it. It makes flat panels also but I haven't mastered that yet. Only problem I have is the counter sometimes restarts on its own. Which making 2 identical items difficult because if want to sew together 2 flat panels they should be same size. But other than that I love the machine.
