Everything is brand new. The Tmx comes in the original box. The battery is an issues because it's been in there for a long time so it got corrosion. A little bit of cleaning up and replacing the battery. Everything is good.

After hours of using toothpicks, cotton swabs, tweezers, baking soda and vinegar the toys is finally working. This is a 2006 toy with battery expiration date of 2009.

Received without instructions. Removed the corroded batteries that were in place and cleaned up as much corrosion as I could. Elmo worked, then wouldn't work, then sometimes works. He will not go through the complete routine. Specifically, he will not stand up after being on his back. You can here the device inside trying to activate to a standing position, but it does not.

Emo started malfunctioning about two after I got it I was turning him on about once every other day. He had brand new Duracall pro batteries. His right arm gets stuck. He can't sit up. He doesn't kick his legs anymore when he's on his back . He doesn't turn over at all and slat the floor like he first did. I really wanted him to work. He isn't fully functional.
