It's a perfect color match for my Eric Johnson 2-tone sunburst Thinline Stratocaster. The inner surface slides easily over my shoulder for slight adjustments while playing. Some straps have an inner surface that is tacky and won't slide as easily; sometimes disconcerting.

So I go to put the strap on the telecaster. The leather ends have the slot/holes cut out. Maybe this was a little off but it took forever to get the strap over the buttons. I actually unscrewed the bottom button, put it through the strap and screwed it back in. No kidding, and all the time trying not to damage the guitar or finish. Guess it won't be falling off any time soon. So yeah it works great as a strap but just try to get it on an off the guitar!
