I like taking this product as it did help with my hair regrowth. I needed it badly when I started a precription that caused hair loss. I thought I was going bald. My fingernails were soft and breaking by the time I stopped taking the prescription. (side effect). You can get it in other types of supplements but I chose to take it on its own so I could control how much i was taking and stop when I wanted too.
