The Avaya IP Office is a very robust system that is very feature rich although you must purchase licensing options through an Avaya vender in order to use those features. Sometimes the licensing is not cheap but it is worth it. I have used and installed Avaya IPOffice systems for 20 years and will prefer this over any cloud based system. Having your own phone system will make any small company feel like a big company. With this you have the ability to wire up digital phones or go with IP Phones and optionally have the ability to setup VPN for telecommuters. It's a good investment.
