Hands down the best massage cushion made. I've had HomeMedics massagers for yrs and frankly Id be S.O.L. without one with several bad discs. This is their top model and the only model they offer with both neck & back heat. The rest only have back heat. The one Ive used for 10+ yrs has heat for both areas but its wearing out finally. I can only hope this unit lasts near as long as being disabled the price for one is getting a bit hard to come up with. My only real complaint is for the many people who need one so very badly just can no longer afford $300. This is my 3rd HomeMedics unit in 20yrs so I feel very fortunate I can buy one when needed. It may be my last HomeMedics as several other brands are offered now. May be pricing their self out of customers quite honestly speaking here. Time will tell?Read full review

I read several reviews on this item and I haven't had any problems with the buttons, motors coming off the track, or anything else. i use it everyday and so does my girlfriend . . . several times a day. It has helped my shoulder that recently started aching and swelling. It stops the pain and the swelling, until after a week of not using it. I love the cushion and so does my girlfriend. This has to be one the best buys I have ever made. Can't wait to get off work and sit on the chair!
