It's so so
So I saw the "extra strength" formula and wanted to try it, in hopes of getting better results for my sinuses. If does sting a little more, since it is double the potency but I think after a few rinses it won't sting any more since your body will be use to it. I definitely wouldn't recommend this formula for first time users and the directions say this is not for everyday use. So you'll still need to use the regular daily and use this formula every two or three days. For the results, I didn't feel like the extra strength did any better but maybe I haven't used it enough times. My suggestion is to buy the extra strength formula only when it's on sale or cheaper than buying the regular formula.
