Good but capsules are huge.
These seem like good vitamins, and I like the combination of vitamins in one capsule, however, the capsules are HUGE. I mean HUGE. Now Foods calcium and magnesium softgels. Quality of this supplement is great, as I expected from the Now Foods brand. But a word of caution, these softgels are huge. So much so, that I don't even try to swallow the gelcap whole. I chew the cap, releasing the liquid, then spit out the gelatin capsule. The carrier is rice bran oil, so the taste is not offensive.
