This is just perfect for inside the waistband, and also for pocket carrying. It is padded just enough to cover the outline, and for comfort also. The 'sticky' part, sticks to whatever it is next to just enough to keep it from sliding. I really don't know how it could be better. I have read some reviews about the Sticky Holsters being a little cumbersome to re-holster quickly, BUT, considering just how often (hopefully never) you have to draw and re-holster quickly as to how often you carry, it is a no-brainer. It is also good for setting on a nightstand because it won't slide off when bumped. Well thought out little holster.
