Must use for spearfishing diving, the other alternative is getting a diving mask that has a gopro mount attached to it, which after a 3 4 hour session of diving will press against your head resulting in a headache for me. This is a great alternative , only drawback is it might slip off, so I recommend getting a hood to "lock" it in place
