It is good fun, would not say that it is overly durable. First time out didn't get to crazy, didn't hit anything and still broke the front shock mount. Had to spend a fair amount of time on the shift servo to get it to stop buzzing. I couldn't get it to stop completely but it got a whole lot better. It is good in the rocks as is, a locked front diff. would make a great addition. The two speed is cool and hi gear is quick enough to be entertaining. All in all a fun little Rock racer, might be a little on the pricey side but the second battery for no additional cost was the deciding factor for me.

This is my first crawler and first rc in years. I bought this because I like the scale looks and the reviews were good. I was going to buy the kit but couldn’t pass up the rtr with the 40.00 discount. I do feel a few upgraded are necessary. First time out my girlfriend ran it into a chunk of concrete and broke the top plate. Partly her fault but this is a weal point. Overall I’m very happy with the crawler.
