I was leary when I first bought the phone holder. I just returned from a 1200 mile trip on the bike and never had a single issue. It actually holds the phone to the holder so well that its actually a pain to take if off. Worthy investment. Be sure to glue the rubber tips on! I didn't think it would be needed and ended up losing a rubber tip that actually holds the phone in the cross frame. I ended up having to order 4 more tips and paying an overnight fee to get them in time for my trip. USE THE GLUE!!
