A good little monochrome printer. I had one that got regular use for several years. It's electronics apparently got fried in a power glitch, so I bought another. It's a laser printer, so you don't have to worry about ink drying up if you don't use it for a while (as when you're on vacation for a few weeks), and the toner cartridges seem to last a long time. And the photosensitive roller that the image is formed on is part of the cartridge, so it starts out new with every new cartridge.

Listing stated 800+ pages of use. Product has several scratches and marks on it. I would expect something with this little use would look more like new. We have printers in our office that have thousands of pages run through and they looked better than this one. The other issue was that the printer cartridge that they sent with the printer ran out after a few pages of printing. Again, if a printer cartridge has 800+ pages of use, then it should have lasted much longer. A little disappointed in this product..

This is a good low priced, no frills b&w printer that suffices for 90% of my printer needs. Excellent for Word & Excel docs as well as printing of website pages, provided color is not required. I purchased this remanufactured unit after my original P1006 died after more than five years of service. I had three new toner cartridges on hand, which cost $75 each & couldn't find any newer HP printer that used the same cartridges....thus purchased the remanufactured unit.
