This ASUS X555LAB is a great laptop. It is missing its center guard (between the keyboard and screen) but that isn't a concern, it actually helps it to stay cooler. It does have some other cosmetic damages, please see the pictures. I've used this as a daily driver for a couple of months, for its age, it really is a fantastic deal. It has a brand new screen, battery and a 256gb SSD. When I bought it from someone else it didn't have any of those. Comes with Windows 10 in setup. All you have to do is finish setup and it's yours. Don't pass this up!

Great Laptop for the money!
I am really liking this laptop. Not only is it smart looking but it is fast and the Windows 10 is a huge step up from the dreaded Windows 8. I got this open box from Best Buy on Ebay and it is the bomb!. I had an older Dell laptop that was slowing down and really didn't want to put out a lot of money so I picked this one up and have been thoroughly satisfied. I basically use it for my volunteer web designing for a pet rescue. Also, I did not want an all black laptop like most of them are these days . . . this is really beautiful. The keyboard is comfortable but not lighted which is no biggy to me. I highly recommend this laptop. buy this computer and install an SSD and it really is extremely fast . It takes about 15 seconds to boot and programs have a fluidity that is comparable with an i5 processor ......... maybe more . I'm happy with my laptop . Not change. The only bad thing is when you left click on the mouse pad produces a terrible noise like that is going to break . Great little inexpensive laptop
I bought this for my Dad to replace his old one that died. He loves it. We skype weekly and it gives a better picture than his old one (no surprise). Very nice computer for under $300!!
The good: First of all pick up a 8gb RAM card so you have 12gigs of ram and if you really want a fast laptop use a SSD in it. I spent under $300 for a this laptop with 12gigs of ram! Which is great! This thing will fool anyone as a $500+ laptop. No problems at all so far! Don't hesitate to buy this laptop!
