I have really bad allergies and was looking for something to help with extra pet hair pick up and it works beautifully! I knocked off one star bc I can’t get the app to work and the brushes get knocked off slightly easy when it moves from hardwood to my rug - rug is very thin. Otherwise, I’m extremely satisfied with this!

Overall, we do like this product - it does a good job of collecting the dirt/dust that accumulates every day (we were very surprised at how much it gets on a daily basis). That being said, there is one annoying feature - every so often (about once a month), the app 'forgets' the device and it needs to be re-added. Overall, though, we will probably look at this product when we need another.

Simple to use and a simple design. But elaborate room mapping isn't really necessary to vacuum a room. (Just ask Rodney Brooks.) Messaging to my phone when it has a problem is a real plus. Setting up the wifi connection was a little involved but that's OK. It's nice to have that wifi connection to monitor the vac's progress and charge. And it even goes home on it's own. Great buy!

Like this Eufy model but do not love it. Is a bit quirky. Does have decent suction. Battery charge lasts long enough. Has multiple buttons on top that are easy to push by mistake. Is louder than 11S model. Dust bin is hard to push back in. Spin brushes are snap in that is a plus. Previous ones in 11S model were screw in.

This is replacing one from a well know brand beginning with "R", that constantly got stuck on door saddles and rugs. Have this for about 2 weeks and it's working just great. For the first couple of days it was coming back chock full of dog hair and dust as it got to places Mr. R couldn't tackle. The 25C is noticeably lower in height and gets under furniture just fine. Build quality so-so, but I've had more expensive higher quality ones fail so brand names are no guarantee.
