How terrible… I never got the return shipping label to send the item back and it wasn’t the right one to replace my original one that stopped working which used to charge my iPad until now it no longer works entirely. It worked the first time I used it. But after that it has not worked well. I purchased it to be able to live stream church service. Sometimes I could get it at first. I am not sure if there were issues with fios, that caused the problem or if it was the connection. if there was a ptoblem with the way from the source of the live stream. However I would not buy it again. I do not like it.
